Our steps
The process begins with us creating a strategic canvas that visualizes your current sustainability position. We then carry out a detailed gap analysis where we compare your current situation with established sustainability standards such as CSRD and ESRS. We conduct in-depth interviews with key personnel and analyze relevant documentation. Finally, we deliver a customized report that includes a strategic canvas, gap analysis and concrete action proposals.

Your role in the process
The work begins with a joint start-up meeting where we get to know each other and plan the work together. We then conduct five to ten interviews with key personnel and management, including the CEO, CFO, head of sustainability and other relevant people. The interviews take between 90 and 120 minutes per person. We also need access to policies and other documentation that is relevant to be able to assess the current situation and identify gaps.
