New talents for Ekan

At the end of August, five new junior consultants started in Ekan's talent pool, some straight from school and some with a few years of experience. In the Talent Pool, new consultants get to develop the breadth of capabilities that the management consultant role entails, and receive special guidance and coaching when they are at the beginning of their consulting journey. We think it will be so much fun to follow their development, and look forward to sharing their knowledge and contributions to our customers!
