Ekan Management acquires Real Consulting and broadens its offering
We are pleased to announce today that Ekan AB (Ekan Management) and Real Consulting i Väst AB has decided to merge by Ekan acquiring Real Consulting. The merger takes effect on 09/01/2024.
A broader offer for our customers
By combining our resources and competencies, we will be able to offer an even broader service portfolio where our customers can benefit from expanded expertise in more areas. This means that we can deliver even better and more tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Greater and broader competence
The merger also means that we gather a larger group of qualified and experienced consultants under one roof. With our combined experience and knowledge, we will be able to take on larger and more complex projects, as well as offer an even higher level of expertise and advice.

Practical consequences
The merger means that the consultants at Real Consulting join Ekan Management and become part of Ekan's Gothenburg office. For existing customers and concluded agreements, the deal changes nothing.
