Ekan Management and Eghed collaborate to be able to offer solutions for the AI-enhanced operations of the future. The cooperation means that we combine Ekan's long experience in strategic business analysis, consulting and change management, with Eghed's cutting-edge expertise in AI and data science.
Today we have two tracks:
- Help analyze the business's prerequisites for AI. With the support of our AIRA methodology, we take the pace of the business from an AI perspective, and can present a concrete and actionable picture of how the business's technical, competence-related, organizational and business conditions are. We then help you to identify prioritized development directions and to realize them.
- Help develop specific solutions to specific problems. We help with inspirational lectures, preliminary studies, business analysis, workshops, reinterpretation of concrete conditions/needs into data-driven solutions, as well as developing and implementing these.
