” Today, we see strong demand from our clients for experienced consultants who combine a strategic management perspective with concrete expertise in information models, financial systems and BI solutions. Through his background, Svein Arne has a good understanding of the interests and perspectives of different actors in complex contexts. He can contribute with both helicopter perspective and expertise in business and financial management and has a solid experience of change management, strategy work and communication in large organizations. We warmly welcome Svein Arne and are convinced that he will be a key player in Ekans and our customers' continued development in the Stockholm region.”
Svein Arne about his new context:
”All businesses are currently pursuing development issues related to digitization, efficiency and better governance. Used properly, independent consultants can make a big difference in limiting risks and increasing the efficiency of change work. I have often experienced this myself as a responsible client and as a former consultant.
I have followed Ekan Management for a number of years and I believe that their consultants have a high level of expertise in terms of change management, digitization and dynamic control.
As a consultant, I think it is important to suggest the right level of ambition and to help make the complex easier. Or as Michelangelo answered the question of how it was possible to create David out of a whole boulder - I removed what was not David - was the answer. Often it is about daring to remove what is not necessary.”
