Helena is a senior management consultant and expert in information modeling, management reporting and financial flows. She has a degree in economics with a master's degree from the University of Gothenburg, and has previous experience as an employee in the public sector where she worked with region-wide business development.
Helena is most often involved in projects that deal with operational and financial management, financial processes, information models, decision support and the introduction of IT systems.
