Seminar: Value creation in the public sector
How can we ensure that development efforts lead to change and value creation in the public sector – instead of getting stuck in processes that lead nowhere?
Welcome to an insightful seminar and panel discussion where we together explore solutions to one of the public sector's major challenges!
During the seminar you will take part in: recent research from former Ekan consultant Daniel Gyllenhammar, now PhD, Halmstad University. Daniel has studied why development efforts in the public sector often lose their value along the way. But also how we can avoid the most common pitfalls to achieve success.
The research results form the basis for a panel discussion with experienced change leaders from Ekan on the causes of value reduction in change processes, as well as concrete perspectives and solutions on how we can drive change and real value creation.
The seminar is an opportunity for those of you who lead or develop operations, systems, services and support within the public sector to take part in current research, but also to discuss and share experiences with other seminar participants. We want to create a dynamic dialogue where your insights and questions are highlighted.
Why should you participate?
- Gain insights from current research about what actually works
- Learn about concrete solutions to challenges in public services
- Discuss and network with other decision-makers, managers and business developers
- Gain new perspectives on how your organization can drive change with real impact
We offer something simpler to eat and drink.
