With SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) and IDG (Inner Development Goals) as a basis, we discuss how leadership and governance are interconnected and contribute to long-term sustainability. We highlight why sustainable leadership is crucial and what personal qualities and abilities are needed, according to IDG, to create sustainable organizations and to be able to contribute to achieving the global sustainability goals.
