Seminar: On navigating constant change with dynamic control
Share insights about the geopolitical uncertainty in Ukraine, together with Help Ukraine Gothenburg, and useful tools to face the future with strategic acuity.
How can companies and organizations successfully face both minor and major disruptive changes? The pandemic and the war in Ukraine have clearly shown how unpredictable and sometimes harsh our reality can be. At the same time, these crises have highlighted the importance of adapting both leadership and governance. In a world of constant change, the question is asked: How well do today's established management and control models work?
On January 16, Ekan, together with Help Ukraine Gothenburg, invites you to a seminar where we discuss exactly these questions. We don't have all the answers, but in dialogue with you we want to create space for reflection on the need for more dynamic management and control models.
We are pleased to present today's keynote speakers Katja Blank, founder of HUG, and Petter Rönnborg, Senior Management Consultant at Ekan, who share the geopolitical situation in Ukraine, as well as insights and concrete experiences regarding adaptation and dynamic management. Through expertise from Ekan and Help Ukraine Gothenburg, as well as valuable exchange with other participants, we hope that it will be an opportunity for you to learn more about navigating in an ever-changing world.
