Michelle is a management consultant with a focus on project management, change management, data management and the finance function's processes. Michelle is responsive and relationship-oriented, values cooperation and shared responsibility. She thrives best when she can work together with others to achieve common goals. Michelle's biggest drive is to constantly learn new things and to help both individuals and organizations develop and perform better, always with a glass-half-full attitude and inclusive leadership.
Michelle has a bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in marketing and a master's degree in growth management (MATIX), both from the School of Economics at the University of Gothenburg.
