Pontus Nellgård
Pontus is a dedicated management consultant and project manager with specialization in applied IT and software development. For the past 5 years, his focus has been on the automotive industry, where he has project managed and acted as an expert in both large-scale and long-term projects. Through an adaptive, dynamic and methodical working method – often based on agile sprints – Pontus led a multi-year project in the automotive industry to implement a SaaS-based PPM solution. This resulted in significant annual time savings, improved quality and higher satisfaction among thousands of users.
With a strong commitment to continuous learning, especially in new technologies, AI innovation and digitalization, Pontus combines outstanding communication skills with a pedagogical approach to effectively “organize chaos”. He is highly adaptable and responsive to both new challenges and customer needs. Pontus is convinced that genuine innovation thrives when teams collaborate and learn from each other. He uses a dynamic, process-oriented methodology that emphasizes adaptability, creates clear results and keeps the customer’s goals in focus throughout the process.
Pontus is, among other things, SAFe 5 certified and a certified Catena-X Onboarding Service Provider. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
