Andreas Öst-Wifstrand
Andreas holds a master's degree in industrial economics from Chalmers and previously worked as a change coordinator / production technician in the industry with a focus on lean. He has several years of experience in systematic improvement work, business and process development and project management. He also has experience from the public sector where he wrote his dissertation focusing on improving and creating more efficient patient flows in health care.
Andreas is driven by working with organizational and business development to work together with the customer to find the best solution.
Andreas works with a wide range of industries such as real estate, government agencies, healthcare and industry, including process and change work.
