Ekan again noticed as an equal consulting company
For the fourth year in a row, Ekan Management is at the top as one of the most equal consulting companies, according to Cinode's annual ranking.
Of Ekan Management's employees, 54% are women, which makes us an equal consulting company according to Cinode's ranking. The nomination is issued to the consulting companies that have a percentage of women between 40 and 60 percent.
Ekan Management's basic philosophy is to make no distinction between people based on anything other than competence, ability and experience. Equality is an obvious part of our business model and a success factor in our assignments.
We feel that with diversity - for example, that the proportion of women/men is balanced - it is also easier to conduct a more equal and equal business. The risk decreases, among other things, of falling into negative language, or of establishing unequal standards.
"We are very proud to be recognized for such an important award in the consulting industry. During the more than 15 years that I myself have been at Ekan, gender equality has been a matter of course. Just the fact that the distribution of men and women in the organization is roughly equal means that equal attitudes continue to be the norm," says Christoffer Mathiasson, CEO of Ekan Management.
”At the same time, you must never think that you are done. The question is always included, from in recruitment and the appointment of new roles, but also in the design of messages, image selection, etc.”
